Group 4 Falck A/S is the second largest security services provider globally with operations in more than 85 countries throughout the world.

In addition to security services, i.e. alarm services, guarding services and cash services, Group 4 Falck also provides safety services, i.e. ambulance services, fire fighting and auto assistance. Moreover, the group provides services within the Global Solutions area ( public-private partnerships).

The group provides services to public, private and corporate customers.
Group 4 Falck has over 230,000 employees.

The group has 21,426 shareholders, the largest of whom are Jørgen Philip-Sørensen, Deutsche Bank, the Danish Labour Market Supplementary Pension Scheme (ATP), Fidelity and Merril Lynch. Just over 8,000 of the shareholders are employees.

Group 4 Falck's head office and Executive Management Board are located in Copenhagen, and the group's shares are listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange
